With limited exceptions, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds/exchanges nor do we accept returns or cancellations.
MoBeautyShop.com reserves the right to refuse any refund, exchange, return, or cancellation, at any time.

Defective Products and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will review all issues reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, you must provide photos of any damages, defects, or incorrect items. You will also need to provide your order number and proof of purchase.
To report an issue, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Skin Reactions / Allergies
As with any skincare product, we suggest doing a Patch Test on a small area of skin on your neck to make sure the formula is a good fit for you before regular use. In the case of continued irritation, discontinue use immediately.
We also strongly recommend reviewing all ingredients posted on each product page to ensure that it does not contain an ingredient that you are allergic to.
While we rarely see these kinds of issues, your experience at MoBeautyShop.com is our priority and we will try our best to assist.
In order for your issue to be eligible for review, you must contact us within provide the below information:
- Your MoBeautyShop.com Order Number
- A detailed explanation of the reaction, including how long skin contact was made
- Photos of the skin reaction
- Photos of the product which allegedly caused the reaction
- The name of the product which allegedly caused the reaction
Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept exchanges.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
