What should I do if I accidentally sent the gift card to myself?
Simply forward the redemption email to the recipient of your choice!
Can I buy a gift card for an amount not posted?
Gift Cards are not able to be issued in amounts other than those posted as available.

My redemption email is missing (or I accidentally deleted it!) - how do I retrieve it?
Please make sure to check your Spam folder - Digital Gift Cards are sent to the email address entered at checkout.
If you're still unable to find the redemption email or accidentally deleted it, please email our customer support at support@mobeautyshop.com, and we'll be happy to resend it to you.
Please note that you may be required to verify your identity and/or provide proof of purchase.
