Can be used both with and without false lashes!

If Using as an Eyeliner (Without False Lashes):

1. SLICK on like an eyeliner.
2. Let fully dry.

If Using as a Lash Glue + Liner:

1. SLICK on like an eyeliner.
2. STICK on lashes while the glue is tacky.
3. For removal, use the lash band to gently peel away from the skin.

Tip: Store vertically to prevent drying.
